At The Fitness Connection, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with an item you have bought from our store, you can return it to us under the following conditions:

Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, along with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days depending on your bank.

Exchanges: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@tfcfit.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee: Due to the nature of how our products are ordered, stocked, and shipped. Any returned or cancelled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee.
