To process a return, the product must be unopened. There is a 20% restock fee on all cancelled orders or items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of used products being large pre-assembled products that require freight, we are not always able to ship these products everywhere.

If your shipping costs are not calculating, that means that you are located outside of our pre-determined range, HOWEVER this does not mean that we will not ship to you!

Once your order is processed and shipped you will get a tracking number sent to the email you used at checkout.
